Paula specializes in supporting people in their desire to free themselves of whatever it is that binds them energetically, so they can experience more fully their authentic selves. Swedish/Esalen, Trager ® and Chi Nei Tsang are the disciplines she is certified in. She has also studied Jin Shin Do Acupressure and Craniosacral work. Her sessions are an intricate weave of these wonderful approaches.

Paula has had the honor and pleasure of giving over 11,000 sessions since she began her healing arts practice in 1984.
